Paddington House

Sydney builders, Lochbuild, and architect Amelia Sage created this stunning home hidden in the back streets of Paddington. The modern design features reclaimed brickwork and poured concrete textures. The free flowing space was designed around the central courtyard with all ground floor rooms giving a view of and access to the green space. The exposed concrete pillars are a feature, as too the black formwork joinery of the kitchen. The project was shot for their website and upcoming architectural design awards.
