The team at Doltone Hospitality Group asked me to help capture their stunning waterfront restaurant, Lua. Designed by Loop Creative and built by Validus, the material palette ranges from timber, stone and ceramic, with references to Vietnamese craft through detailing.

The extensive kitchen features charcoal cooking, seafood display area as well as an open pass where chefs work their magic. The ceiling design mirrors the main seafood market feature roof detail but on a more intimate level.
