Brazilian Churrascaria

Brazilian master chef Andre Felicio was asked to create his ‘best of’ cookbook. It was a fiesta of traditional and modern Brazilian recipes. Needless to say, there was a fair bit of meat in the book. The beautiful styling was by Georgie Dolling.
