Lured In

The team at Doltone Hospitality Group asked me to help capture the food and atmosphere of their stunning waterfront restaurant, Lua. Run by chef extraordinaire, Luke Nguyen and housed in the new Sydney fish markets Lua is inspired by the Mekong River regions of Vietnam. The menu features Vietnamese delicacies and amazing produce cooked on open flame. Shot over two days, the brief was to make the interior, food and Harbourside location shine.
