My good friend and award-winning chef Francesco Zarrella invited me to capture his regional restaurant, Lucetta Dining in Orange, NSW. Showcasing modern Italian food supported by outstanding local produce and wines, we photographed dishes, atmosphere and details over
a day—and yes, I ate exceptionally well.
